The problem

The B2C channel needed an agent that answered with real Shopify catalog, prices and shipping.

My role

I built an n8n prototype connected to Shopify: products, prices, images, catalogs, videos, state and CRM. The team and I tested it.

The production B2C chatbot is Davi IA on YaVendió; I did not build it. There I contributed the knowledge base, improvements and QA alongside the team.
