About me
Before I knew AI, I knew businesses from the inside.

For more than 20 years I watched up close how a family business works. Not as a career path: as daily life. Customers, stock, suppliers, orders, WhatsApp, Excel, emergencies and decisions made between the counter and the kitchen table.
What I noticed there is what I still solve today: businesses that work well but depend too much on people, messages and repeated manual work. The information lives in someone’s head or in a chat, and when that person isn’t there, the business slows down.
I completed my Business Administration studies at Universidad de Lima, with a focus on Marketing. AI and automation came later, as the tools I found to resolve that tension — not as the starting point. That is why my order is always the same: understand the business first, build the technology after.
Today I build conversational systems, automations, AI content and ecommerce for brands and businesses that already sell. I finish my time at Davines in October 2026 and I document what I build in the Build Log, including what doesn’t work.
Business first.
Technology after.
For teams and recruiters
What’s verifiable, in one place.
The technical work is documented case by case, with the attribution of each result and including what didn’t work. It is the material I would use to evaluate myself.
Tell me how you work today.
