The problem

Bring to Peru an ecommerce whose design already exists: same site, Peru-only catalog and content.

My role

I implemented the store on Shopify, localized catalog, products and content, and did the QA. A large part of the build was done with Claude Code and Codex.

I did not design the site: the design and information architecture belong to Montibello Spain, which is the reference.
